When you see companies that have raised over 100% it means that they have raised more than their minimum raise goal, so most likely you can still invest!

Once the minimum goal is reached, they now have the minimum amount to move forward with their objective: to get the company up and running (or whatever it is they are raising for e.g. grow, expand, develop, etc.)

If the maximum goal is reached, you may not be able to get in on the offering unless they open it up for more investors. The maximum raise allowed by the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) is adjusted for inflation and you can check out more information about it here.
